Job Title: Welder/Fabricator
Location: Rochester, NY
Summary: We are seeking a Welder Fabricator to join a skilled fabrication team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components for new construction or repair work. You'll contribute to a collaborative manufacturing environment while often working independently, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.

6am-2:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay:

$24 - $29 Per hour
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel and aluminum.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
- Use hand tools and fabrication equipment to assemble and repair components.
- Conduct in-process quality checks before moving to the next routing step.
- Follow established safety standards and enforce departmental safety policies.
- Cross-train in other work centers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work overtime as required to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in welding and fabrication preferred.
- Proficient in TIG/MIG welding processes.
- Familiarity with stainless steel and aluminum materials is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications.
- Skilled with fabrication tools and measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Basic math skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
