This is an onsite position, with no hybrid opportunity available.
The mission is to support internal users and solutions teams in ensuring the appropriate cloud solution is deployed for the customer and that adoption is addressed. The role requires providing technical support to field locations to position and deploy various solutions.
- Develop the necessary solution design capabilities and competencies for successful deployment of cloud solutions.
- Continuously capture knowledge on best practices.
- Conduct technology watch by keeping track of technology trends to improve cloud designs and deployments, and share knowledge with solution teams and engineering.
- Ensure successful client onboarding to their cloud environment.
- Manage infrastructure and image customizations in line with cloud adoption processes.
- Engage with teams across the sales cycle to provide technical advisory through client presentations, workshops, deployment assessments, and solution design, and contribute to the technical proposal.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex issues with web applications, backend services, and IaaS deployments across Azure, Google, and other cloud service providers.
- Assist in translating technical issues and complex problems into non-technical summaries for management up to and including president level.
