Must Have:
• Advanced ability with MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams)

• Lead or Senior Data Center experience
• Midrange Systems Monitoring to include Windows, UNIX (AIX), and RedHat LINUX
• Must be able to work in a very structured environment, with a shared work area and are required to stay at the workstation while performing the functions and task of the position.
Must be available flexible to work variable shifts, days, overtime, and/or additional hours holidays and weekends included for a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week operation
• Must be physically capable of moving boxes weighing up to 45 pounds
• Run Client cut sheet printers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide mentoring and instruction to coworkers including processes and procedures
Revise or document processes or procedures to better relate to area of responsibility
Lead admin staff regarding workload assignments to improve the departments ability to meet business commitments
Research and resolve complex issues within area of responsibility
Execute/follow existing established processes and procedures
Follow established business policies and procedures to support the department's ability to meet our business commitments including Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements
Gather, update, and organize information into useful reports used for problem tracking and resolution relating to online availability, mainframe systems, and batch processing issues
Provide assistance, via the phone, problem tickets, and email, to all customer resolutions relating to relating to online availability, batch processing, and batch printing problems
Enhance or revise existing procedures, that relating to data processing, that improve internal processes and procedures to satisfy both internal and external customers
Research and resolve issues utilizing appropriate tools, such as HEAT, Sysview, and ESP to aid in improving online availability and minimize system downtime
Provide on-the-job training relating to DR Vault management, batch processing, online monitoring, and batch printing to other Operations staff members
Identify, research analyze, and resolve issues relating to network, desktops, servers and mainframe by utilizing appropriate tools such as problem trend analysis, established troubleshooting techniques, spreadsheets, and process charting to minimize outages
Represent department in division sponsored projects to support the departments ability to meet business commitments by providing expertise in data center processes and procedures

Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
College level coursework within area of responsibility, or equivalent level of skill through on-the-job training, experience, seminars, and conferences
Two to four years proven computer operations experience
Proven ability to administer workload management strategies
Proven ability to provide written input for performance appraisals
Provide mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback to maintain the esteem of staff
Advance knowledge of PCs, Windows operating systems, NT, LAN/WAN configurations, peripheral hardware
Good understanding of the OSI model used in WAN/LAN administration
First point of contact for Sprint and regional offices to troubleshoot issues relating to satellite offices WAN/LAN distributed network components.
Proven Client Openview experience
Experience with drawing packages such as Visio, or AutoCAD
Excellent interpersonal skills conducive to working in a team environment with all levels
Project management methodology knowledge
Effective time management skills
Written communication skills to develop processes and procedures
Information gathering skills
May require standing and lifting depending on specific assignments
