About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Forklift Material Handler for a 2nd shift position supporting yard and warehouse operations. This role involves safely moving heavy fencing and barrier materials using a propane-powered forklift in both indoor and outdoor environments. You'll play a key role in loading, unloading, and staging materials to keep production and shipping running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate propane-powered forklifts to move fencing, bases, and heavy materials

Load and unload trailers and assist with organizing inventory

Stage materials for production lines and support shipment prep

Conduct basic forklift inspections before use (fluids, tires, safety checks)

Assist with general material handling, stacking, and labeling

Safely direct truck traffic for incoming and outgoing loads

Work outdoors and indoors depending on operational needs

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
-
Valid driver's license required (No state IDs)
-
2 years of forklift experience in an industrial or warehouse setting

Experience with propane-powered forklifts preferred

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Steel-toe boots required
