Job Title: Product Content Specialist
Location: Onsite – Framingham, MA (Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote)
Schedule Flexibility: Potential for a second remote day once fully trained and independently functioning

Position Summary:
As a Product Content Specialist, you will play a vital role within the Merchandising organization by ensuring a best-in-class online product experience for customers across our websites. You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of online product content, directly supporting product launches, marketing initiatives, and promotional events. This role requires close collaboration with Category Managers, Vendors, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate content publishing.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance product content across all SKUs within your assigned category

Publish timely and high-quality product information to support product launches, catalogs, flyers, and promotions

Maintain and optimize product hierarchies, attributes, cross-sell opportunities, and keyword enrichment

Serve as a subject matter expert in your assigned category for all content-related matters

Collaborate with internal teams (Merchandising, Assortment Management, Marketing) and external partners (vendors, content providers)

Generate and deliver periodic and ad hoc content performance and compliance reports

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

Act as a point of contact for content-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred:

Experience with eCommerce product content and content management systems (CMS)

Background in merchandising, marketing, or business management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
