Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented STF/DM Analyst to support sales forecasting and demand management processes. This role involves maintaining Excel-based models, consolidating and analyzing data, supporting global STF/DM meetings, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple reporting tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, Excel proficiency, and experience working with large data sets in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update STF/DM Excel-based models, including formula writing, data linking, and Power Pivot functionality.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of STF and DM data for reporting and forecasting needs.

Collect, consolidate, and analyze large data sets to support STF/DM objectives and deadlines.

Participate in regional and global STF/DM meetings and support business reporting requirements.

Manage STF/DM access levels, SharePoint sites, Power BI dashboards, and distribution lists.

Coordinate STF calendar, meetings, and status updates.

Serve as backup for NA DM Analyst and other STF/DM Analysts during absences.

Assist with implementation of improvements to forecasting and demand planning processes.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an analyst role (commercial, business, or finance).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Required Skills:

Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.

Familiarity with BI tools such as Kairos, Databricks, and SQL.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.

Self-motivated team player who proactively identifies and supports process improvements.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of optical fiber manufacturing and telecommunications products.

Experience in a commercial or finance role within the telecom industry.

Exposure to international operations and cross-cultural collaboration.
