What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain internal quality systems, documentation, and inspection criteria

  • Lead or support audits (internal, customer, regulatory) and maintain audit readiness

  • Investigate product defects, production variances, or customer complaints using structured root cause analysis

  • Track quality trends using reports, metrics, and feedback; communicate findings and drive improvements

  • Partner with production teams to ensure understanding and adherence to processes and standards

  • Assist in training programs for new hires or process updates related to quality and compliance

  • Stay current on industry standards (e.g., ISO) and ensure company alignment


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field
  • Some experience writing procedure or quality control processes from scratch 
  • 3 years of experience in a quality-focused manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, or similar quality tools
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software
  • Bonus: Quality certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

Work Schedule & Environment:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

  • Environment: On-site in a manufacturing facility with exposure to equipment, variable temperatures, and noise

  • Occasional travel may be required for audits or vendor inspections
