Shift: Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM
Pay: $17-$18/hour depending on experience ( 12% shift differential)

Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Operator to join the (EP) lab. This role involves performing repetitive tasks to electropolish wires, tubes, and components while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely work with and handle hazardous chemicals following proper protocols
- Load and prepare parts for each step in the electropolishing process
- Perform etching, electropolishing, passivation, and rinsing in the correct sequence
- Use timers to manage time-based process cycles
- Operate EP systems, ultrasonic cleaners, stir plates, and other related equipment
- Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers (or be willing to learn)
- Perform visual inspections using a microscope
- Follow all safety and PPE guidelines at all times
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical, lab, or manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety practices
- Ability to read and understand safety and procedural documentation in English
- Experience in food handling, raw material prep, or PPE-intensive roles is a plus
