Schedule: 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday
Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance
Are you passionate about quality, precision, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is ready to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
You'll play a vital role in executing our Quality Assurance functions in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer specifications—supporting both production and leadership with your technical expertise.
What You'll Do:

Conduct in-process, final, and shipping/receiving inspections using various tools and methods.

Perform audits and prepare audit reports (WIP Sheets) per customer prints.

Operate and maintain quality instruments including CMM, Faro Arm, Virtek, and Laser QC Scanners.

Review and manage Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR), Corrective Actions (8D), and First Article Inspections (FAI).

Participate in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement efforts.

Train operators and junior QA staff on quality procedures and inspection methods.

Support calibration processes using Gage Pack software.

Assist in ISO 9001 internal audits and documentation control.

Use SPC software to track and analyze quality data.
What You Bring:

Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, and Gage R&R.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SPC software, and CAD tools.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as stamping, laser, CNC, press brake, and welding.
Bonus Skills:

Internal audit experience.
