In this role, you'll bring your expertise in routing protocols, hands-on troubleshooting, and solution deployment, ensuring a seamless transition to next-generation networking infrastructure. Primary Responsibilities
- Hands-On Troubleshooting: Resolve complex networking issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Optimize Network Solutions: Develop deployment strategies and configurations for switching and routing solutions, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Release and Project Managers, Smart Hands resources, and clients to ensure smooth execution of deployment plans.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation of system designs, configurations, and processes for both internal and client use.
- Proactive Innovation: Continuously research and implement new networking technologies to enhance performance, reduce costs, and improve reliability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Technical Expertise:
- High proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS) and troubleshooting skills in complex network environments.
- Strong experience with switching technologies, including Nexus, Catalyst Switches, spine-leaf and SDA architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Managing and deploying SDA (Fiber, Wired & Wireless infrastructure) using Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNAC)
- Knowledge of VxLAN and LISP.
- Hands-on experience on LAN technologies, including QoS and Dot1x.
- Knowledge of Cisco Client.
- Familiarity with DMZ, Firewall, load balancer, and DDI (DNS, DHCP and IP Schema).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on deployment and implementation.
- Certifications such as CCNP, or equivalent (Cisco/Arista certifications preferred).
- Experience working in production data centers, Enterprise Networks routing/switching, and firewalls.
- Proficiency with networking tools and technologies, including ERP, MS Office, and service management platforms.
