Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting HR-related and operational administrative tasks vital to the daily functioning of the distribution facility. This role contributes directly to business efficiency and strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities

Resolve supplier invoice issues in collaboration with internal teams

Request and track competitive bids for the sourcing department

Manage filing, sorting, disposing, and transferring of records per retention procedures

Track and report on facility expense budget to ensure cost control
-
Provide logistical support for programs, projects, meetings, and events (e.g., room reservations, agendas, calendars)

Organize meeting spaces and materials; document and distribute meeting notes

Distribute facility-wide announcements and communications

Generate daily performance reports for the supply chain network and local operations

Support onsite functions and perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
-
Associate Degree
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and organizational skills
