We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in soldering and cable assembly. The ideal candidate will have a high mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with precision tools. Key qualifications include:
- Experience with IPC 610 or 620, or IPC J-STD-001 standards.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, but high aptitude in mechanical tasks will also be considered.
- Proficiency in using hand tools to strip, crimp, and assemble copper and coaxial wires.
- Ability to follow processes and read and understand print instructions.
- Experience with cable harness assembly is a plus.
Candidates must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to learn. The role requires following written instructions to build cable harnesses efficiently and accurately.
Additional Information
- Shift hours are Monday to Thursday, 5 AM - 3:30 PM EST, with overtime available on weekends.
- Candidates must take and pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide.
- Proficiency in reading and writing is required.
