Marketing Manager- Americas Region
Our client is an industry leader in retail displays for prestige and luxury brands, providing merchandising and shopfitting solutions for all types of distribution. They develop brand projects from A to Z, including services of consulting, design, production, installation, and in-store services. Project research, development, and manufacturing all happen onsite with support from local and international vendors.
We are currently looking for a full time Marketing Manager, who will be based in Melville, New York, to launch and maintain a strong media presence for the entities in the Region.
In addition to our US based entities, the manager will also help coordinate similar campaigns for the other entities in the Americas region- Mexico City and Brazil.
Job Duties:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting electronic media communications while maintaining brand standards across our social media platforms. Working both independently and in collaboration with the Design Team, the individual in this role reports to the VP Creative Design & Marketing Americas and the CEO. The Marketing Manager is a primary contributor to the concept, design, and creative campaigns for the growth of our branding to attract clients for our services and candidates for open positions. It requires the building of relationships with team members to create a dynamic environment that explores the best solutions to a variety of situations to meet the Company's vision regarding ascetics, marketing, and promotion of our products.
Brand Strategy & Identity Development
- Define and evolve the brand identity of all brands
- Ensure consistency, improvement and refinement in brand's DNA.
- Ensure alignment with Brand Guidelines worldwide by meeting with global teams to keep up to date on branding and digital projects, identifying areas of overlap and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify brand needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and evolve brand assets such as client presentations, internal brand books, and pitch decks.
- Lead strategies that strengthen the visual and verbal identity of the brand across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent application of brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms and communications.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Maintain oversight over all company marketing and communication functions including brand creation, management, and maintenance, project budgeting, content creation, company and project websites, social media, communications, etc.
- Plan and execute regular updates to websites, including content, layout, and navigation improvements.
- Write and edit compelling content for blogs, website pages, and social media.
- Create visual content for social media, with a focus on photography and short-form video editing using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar for all subsidiaries.
- Ensure strategic and consistent presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively bring new ideas and digital innovations to the table.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders across business units to understand individual brand needs and tailor digital efforts accordingly.
- Manage internal communications including new hire announcements, trend and material reports, and company news via tools like Viva Engage.
Business Development Support
- Support new business opportunities through tailored marketing materials, presentation development, and strategic storytelling.
- Conduct market and trend research to inform pitches, positioning, and potential product/service expansions.
- Create and maintain branded materials that support growth efforts across subsidiaries and business units.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with global sister companies to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across markets.
- Work with and manage external agencies or vendors on key projects such as website design and development, video production, and creative asset creation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., design, product development, and sales) to ensure alignment and delivery of shared goals.
Qualifications:
- 7 years in Marketing, Brand Strategy, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or retail/design-focused environment.
- Proven experience leading brand and marketing strategy in a multi-brand or multi-subsidiary environment.
- Strong experience in digital content creation, website management, and copywriting.
- Demonstrated ability to build compelling brand narratives and deliver visually impactful presentations.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content best practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally across departments and geographies.
- In depth knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus but not necessary.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across long-form and short-form content
- Ability to write content specifically for web and social media platforms
- Ability to capture and edit video for digital and social use
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Workspace
- Eye for design and brand consistency
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management
