The Senior Engineering Program Manager will lead and support capital project planning, execution, and site improvement initiatives. This role is critical in managing cross-functional priorities, integrating new product lines, and ensuring alignment with site leadership directives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and site improvements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, HFC, and Operations to prioritize capital equipment needs
• Support product integration and facility moves in preparation for new contracts
• Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and resource plans
• Conduct equipment pricing and vendor sourcing based on engineering and operational requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely, cost-effective project delivery
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare and present project updates, cost analyses, and performance reports to leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic planning
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (required)
• 3 years of experience in project management within industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments
• Strong understanding of capital project planning and execution
• Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and vendor negotiation
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control
