Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Remote)
Location: Remote – Open to all U.S. states
Reports To: Supervisor or Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of business operations. This fully remote role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint, along with effective communication skills and the ability to work independently under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of administrative duties in support of departmental goals.

Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

Maintain and update SharePoint sites to organize and store project-related information.

Apply standard procedures and practices to ensure consistent and efficient operations.

Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively to ensure workflow continuity.

Exercise judgment and creativity to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic remote environment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

2–4 years of experience in an administrative or related role.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with standard office concepts and practices.
