Are you an early riser who enjoys staying active and working with a team to get things done right? We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team on 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).
This role is essential to keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly—from receiving products and managing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Specialist, you’ll support daily operations including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You’ll play a key role in ensuring materials and products flow accurately and efficiently through the warehouse to meet internal and external expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing slips
Pick and pack orders accurately and on time for shipment
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
Label and stock materials in proper locations
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Report discrepancies and damaged goods
Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP to track inventory and order status
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
Comfortable using WMS, scanners, or ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
Familiarity with safety practices and equipment handling
