- Responsible for processing orders while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Assist trade professionals and customers as needed.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, moving between our customer service counter, the office, and the warehouse.
- Safely operate a forklift to move, load and unload material.
- Inspect products and prepare for shipping or customer pick up.
- Receive, identify and stock incoming materials.
- Machine shop, fabrication shop and experience with a band saw or shear is a plus.
- Solid math knowledge and ability to use measuring instruments: tape measure, caliper and micrometer.
- Must be able to work with fractions and convert from decimal to fractions.
- Assist in provide basic maintenance of equipment and maintain work areas ensuring safety first.
- Pick up and deliver materials as needed. Valid Driver License and clean driving record required.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) helpful, but not required.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Must be able to travel and work in other local sites.
- Excellent customer relationship skill.
- Standing and walking on your feet all day.
- Physically able to lift 50-100 lbs. frequently.
