Assembler
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Fridays as needed for OT)
Pay: Based on Experience

We are currently seeking Assembly Technicians to join our team. Ideal candidates will have basic electrical experience and the flexibility to assist across multiple work cells as needed. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Job Duties:

Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly tasks using hand and power tools

Interpret and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and schematics

Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met

Package and label finished products accurately for shipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with inventory counts and materials restocking as needed

Support other departments or cells when redirected by supervisors

Report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns promptly

Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:

Basic electrical and mechanical assembly experience

Ability to read work instructions and basic schematics
-
Able to lift up to 40 lbs consistently and stand for 10-hour shifts

Dependable, punctual, and able to work overtime when required

Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
-
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
