General Duties:
Serves as central point of contact for customer inquiries / solicitations
Serves as internal liaison; works with Quality, Production Control, Shipping, Procurement, Engineering and Finance
Hosts status calls with internal & external customers
Creates, maintains, and closes contracts in ERP system
PO acceptance and entry
Provides basic status reporting
Possesses exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
Required Skills:
2-3 years' Experience with Production scheduling (inputs, lead times) coordination
Previous experience coordinating in a manufacturing environment
Intermediate Excel – V-look, Pivot Tables
2-3 years of direct experience with an ERP systems (Such as SAP)
2-3 years BOMs (Bill Of Materials)
2-3 years of Experience with Purchase Orders (acceptance and entry)
