We're looking for a Night Warehouse Supervisor who's ready to lead with purpose and make an immediate impact. You'll be at the center of our night shift, ensuring orders are picked, prepped, and loaded accurately and safely, so our customers get what they need right on time.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and developing your team — coaching, training, and making sure everyone stays on track
Solving real-time issues — from equipment to staffing to route planning
Managing productivity goals — and celebrating wins when they're crushed
Jumping in where needed — cold storage, dry goods, inventory, or even deliveries
Owning the shift — you'll be the go-to person for everything night operations
What We're Looking For:
3 years of warehouse or food distribution experience
Leadership skills that inspire respect and teamwork
Solid understanding of safety practices, HACCP, and warehouse processes
Comfort with Excel, tech systems, and barcoding tools
Physical stamina (you'll be on your feet, lifting, and sometimes working in refrigerated areas)
