Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Data Entry Clerk with experience using QuickBooks.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and supporting accounting operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage invoices, bills, payments, and other financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Maintain and update customer and vendor records.
- Generate financial reports and assist with monthly close processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all entries.
- Communicate with team members and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and file financial documents both digitally and physically.
- Support the accounting department with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
