Shift:
- C Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
- Rotating Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, alternating weekends
- Example:
- Week 1: Sun (off), Mon–Tues (on), Wed–Thurs (off), Fri–Sat (on) = 48 hours
- Week 2: Sun (on), Mon–Tues (off), Wed–Thurs (on), Fri–Sat (off) = 36 hours

Pay:
- Base Rate: $20.00/Hr. ( 15% Shift Diff. = $23.00/Hr.)

4 to 12 months, with potential for extension or transition based on performance and business needs
Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment, including lathes, injection molding machines, and metrology systems.

Independently manage automated processes while meeting quality and productivity goals.

Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of work areas per company standards.

Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP compliance.

Rotate between workstations and departments to support production needs.

Participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts (e.g., Six Sigma projects).

Support production coordinators and technicians with workflow needs and escalations.

Accurately document production activities and maintain required records.

Contribute to hitting or exceeding department KPIs and team goals.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
-
1 year of manufacturing experience preferred; cleanroom or medical manufacturing is a plus.

Experience in regulated environments (FDA, GMP) is advantageous.

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using automated equipment.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.

Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a team-focused attitude.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.
