Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist for wholesale flower company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy/timeliness. This role is critical in managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts and supporting the overall financial health of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and post customer payments accurately in QuickBooks

  • Prepare and send customer invoices and statements

  • Follow up on outstanding balances and past-due accounts

  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment history

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding billing questions or discrepancies

  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing issues

  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing

  • Assist with monthly closing procedures and reporting as needed

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and pricing

  • Support general office functions as needed

Qualifications

  • 2 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in a wholesale or distribution environment

  • Proficient in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
