Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Quality Control department on a six-month temporary/contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to support the team with organizational and efficiency projects, ensuring optimal operations within the department. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by streamlining processes and enhancing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate current QC workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement organizational systems to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all QC operations.
- Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve bottlenecks and improve productivity.
- Develop documentation and templates to standardize procedures.
- Provide support during audits or reviews as needed.
- Organize and file documentation to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.
- Scan and digitize portfolio projects for better documentation management.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Prior experience in Quality Control or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Work Hours
Onsite only, with first shift working hours. Flexibility is available depending on project needs and departmental requirements.
