Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Local Candidates Only (No Relocation)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment using a multi-line phone system. The ideal candidate will have previous call center or office-based customer service experience along with strong computer and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, substitutions, pickups, and return credits

Fulfill customer support requests, including special handling and issue resolution

Provide assistance to various departments within the distribution center as needed

Complete additional projects or tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment

Proficiency in data entry and computer systems

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to interact with customers professionally and efficiently

Must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Qualifications:

1–2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably within the foodservice industry

Familiarity with Cisco phone systems or other multi-line phone platforms

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
