RESPONSIBILITIES:
First/last piece inspection and maintenance of records.
Performs receiving inspection activities for all pass-through and sample parts.
Records test results and metrology measurements and maintain accurate records.
Receives and files paperwork for all shipments.
Perform laboratory tests and metrology measurements as needed.
SKILLS:
Blueprint reading skills
Basic computer skills
Measuring equipment knowledge
Must be trained and competent to perform laboratory and metrology measurements as needed.
Must be trained and competent to use all inspection devices.
Good Communication skills (written, oral, presentation and customer contact), computer skills (excel, work, PowerPoint), Quality Management System skills required, blueprint reading required, use of various measurement devices, visual comparator skills, supervision skills, capability analysis skills, MSA skills, SPC skills, PPAP skills, FMEA skills, APQP skills, control plan development skills, Problem solving skills, continual improvement skills.
