This role plays a critical part in ensuring product configurations, engineering outputs, and customer requirements are accurately documented, controlled, and readily accessible. The ideal candidate will have experience with structured document control systems and a strong understanding of manufacturing or engineering documentation processes.

Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000
- Collect, organize, and maintain the most current revision-level documentation necessary for defining product configurations and controlling manufacturing processes.
- Distribute updated documentation to relevant personnel promptly, while ensuring outdated versions are removed and archived according to internal protocols.
- Coordinate engineering drawing requests and facilitate review processes to support ongoing project needs.
- Create, edit, and manage document submissions to customers, often via online portals or designated systems.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of project quotation and execution folders.
- Review documents including customer purchase orders, quotations, drawings, change orders, and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
- Update and maintain control records, release documentation, and communicate changes to affected departments.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the document control system to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in a document control or records management role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
