CNC Grinding Operator – Full-Time (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Shift)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable person to run CNC grinding machines during our day shift. You’ll help make sure our metal parts are made right and meet high quality standards.
What You’ll Do:

Run different machines like CNC grinders, a Blanchard grinder, sand blasters, and a cut saw.

Operate more than one machine at a time while keeping up quality.

Check parts before and after grinding to make sure they meet specs.

Work with team leads and inspectors to fix any problems.

Keep your work area clean and safe.

Help solve issues with machines or parts.

Work on different types of parts for different industries.

Be available for extra hours and occasional Saturdays.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience using CNC grinding machines in a shop or factory.

Can read blueprints or technical drawings.

Comfortable using tools like micrometers and calipers to measure parts.

Good communication skills.

Able to lift and move heavy parts.

Dependable and able to work full-time (40 hours/week).
