Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with lead generation, proposal preparation, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that enhance customer engagement and build brand loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain CRM records to track customer interactions and project milestones.
  • Monitor and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Assist in organizing events and trade shows to boost brand awareness and customer connections.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and refine customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within construction or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic marketing tools.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
