Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable Manufacturing Kitter to support our production team by accurately assembling kits of parts and materials needed for manufacturing jobs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and production schedules

Pull and organize components from inventory for specific jobs

Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure kit accuracy

Package, label, and stage kits for delivery to the production floor

Maintain clean and organized kitting and inventory areas

Report inventory discrepancies or shortages to supervisor

Assist with cycle counts and stock rotation as needed

Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse kitting preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Basic computer or scanner skills a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
