Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Machine Operator to join our team! In this role, you will work in a controlled cleanroom environment, adhering to strict gowning and cleanliness protocols. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing machine operation experience, be manually dexterous, and have strong attention to detail to support consistent product quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate cleanroom manufacturing machinery to support production of filtration components

Load and unload membranes into automated equipment for leak testing

Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks on finished product

Use manual dexterity and measurement tools for accurate sizing and handling of materials

Monitor critical process parameters including temperature, tension, speed, alignment, gap openings, and final product cosmetics (e.g., roughness, wrinkles, size, pattern)

Rotate between various machine workstations as needed

Accurately document daily work, inspection results, and follow all written and verbal instructions
Qualifications:
-
Prior manufacturing machine operation experience preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity required for inspection and precise handling

Ability to read and write neatly in English

Dependable with a strong work ethic and ability to meet production and quality standards

Prior cleanroom or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods during the shift

May handle items up to 25–30 lbs (team assistance available for heavier items)
Cleanroom Protocols:
-
Personal items (phones, keys, wallets, etc.) must remain outside the cleanroom (lockers provided)

No jewelry, perfume/cologne, gum, or exposed skin allowed
-
Required PPE includes long-sleeved lab coats, gloves, hair/beard nets, and shoe covers

Must follow strict hygiene and gowning standards at all times
