• Manage governance processes and steering committee communications
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technology initiatives, and transformation outcomes
• Partner with change management teams to drive user adoption and business readiness
• Support vendor oversight, contract management, and integration into delivery plans
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree minimum required.
Required Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs or portfolios
• Demonstrated success in delivering large, cross-functional initiatives, ideally in distributed or global environments
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, business, and technical audiences
• Excellent communication and leadership presence, especially in fast-paced, high-change environments
• Proficiency with modern program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project)

• Familiarity with platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, SAP MDG, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (e.g., SAFe SPC, Scrum@Scale, PMI-ACP)
