Job Title: Technical Customer Support & Estimating Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site only)

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing technical product specification and pricing information to customers, with support from Production and Engineering departments. The role involves managing customer inquiries, creating quotations, and supporting order fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with orders, quotes, tracking, and issue resolution.

Review customer requests and technical specifications to develop accurate and competitive quotes.

Maintain communication with customers regarding quote status, order progress, and delivery schedules.

Offer value-engineered product alternatives to optimize cost, installation time, or delivery.

Participate in project contract lifecycle from quoting to fulfillment, including CRM entry, customer influence, and order tracking.

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production to ensure consistency in specifications and deliverables.

Attend project review meetings and support the submittal/approval process.

Support scheduling and delivery coordination for tempered water systems (TWS) and ThermaFlow® Plus.

Manage customer complaints and feedback through the CFR process.

Review engineering and architectural build-outs and support with BIM tools, if applicable.

Stay current with product updates, pricing changes, and program modifications.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher in a STEM field strongly preferred. Technical certifications will also be considered.

Mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing technical background required.

Entry-level candidates (including recent graduates) are encouraged to apply; 2 years of experience also considered.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Epicor Manufacturing is a plus.

Prior experience in project estimation or quoting is a major advantage.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
