Data Entry Clerk - Knightdale, NC
M-F 8am-5pm

Job Description:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately and promptly entering daily material issue sheets received from the production line. This role ensures timely processing and availability of material records for production and inventory tracking purposes. This position will also be responsible for controlling and directing material requests to the to the inventory team and ensuring material is properly transacted in the system.

Responsibilities:
Accurately input daily material issue sheets into the system in a timely manner.
Receive completed material issue sheets from the designated personnel at regular intervals.
Print material issue sheets upon request from Supervisors or Team Leads.
Ensure proper filing and organization of all physical and digital material issue records.
Coordinate with Team Leads, Material Handlers, and Production Supervisors to ensure smooth flow of materials and documentation.
Act as liaison between the inventory team and other functions for material requests
Direct material requests to inventory team and ensure proper transactions are completed
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all production-related data.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with computers, scanners, and office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
