We are hiring a Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our facility in Sandusky, Ohio. This role supports the overall efficiency and appearance of the workplace and plays a key part in day-to-day operations.
Hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Monday – Friday with OT on Saturday's if needed.
Pay: Temp-to-hire – $13/hr. Once hired in, pay will be increased to $15/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash cans and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
- Refill cleaning supplies, paper products as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and warehouse and office areas.
- Minor facility repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to lift to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
