What you will do:
- Finish and repair ceramic hardware product and airfoils using handheld and free standing equipment and tools
- Visually inspect product and identify defects
- Maintain required documentation and paperwork
- Produce quality ceramic cores, meeting production goals and quality requirements
- Know and follow all company safety rules and regulations
- Excellent attendance & dependability a must
- Willingness to cross-train in other company job functions is expected.
- Strong fine motor skills with the ability to handle fragile parts
- Use of precision handheld air grinder and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
