Responsibilities:
Responsible to make sure the MDG relevant S4 configuration is in sync between both the systems.
Collaborate with S4 config team to resolve any sync issues between S4 and MDG.
Should be able to create test data and perform testing in MDG system.
Collaborate with MDG data team to utilize data upload tools in support unit testing.
Collaborate with MDG data team to get the distribution channel list used in XLD from S4 to MDG and communicate with S4 configuration analysts.
The person in this position will be experienced in managing and completing successful projects as a team member and demonstrates business process knowledge in data migration, governance, and developments.
The person in this position will work individually with less mentorship and report to the team leads toa apply their cumulative knowledge, skills, and ability to solve day to day business problems.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements.
Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Able to work with Basis team during troubleshooting providing guidance when required.
The ability to research OSS notes as required to resolve issues.
Will need to become proficient in working within our ticketing system – ServiceNow.
Will work with operations team in support break/fix activities as well as some project work.
Will be in an on-call rotation supporting team / organization.
Expected to meet SLA commitments defined by IT and agreed upon by the organization.
Needs to be a self-starter and able to work independently following Corning established coding guidelines.
Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility.

Skillset and Experience:
Ability to apply configuration of SAP Master Data objects in SAP MDG & S/4.
Ability to apply SAP MDG Master Data workflows, Governance models and BRF Rules.
Ability to hands-on SAP Development work and direct on SAP Technical Team.
SAP Development Experience on S/4, MDG, Fiori, ABAP, Workflow, BRF Rules, SOA services, BADI's / OO ABAP and IDocs.
Write SAP MDG BPD, FSD, TSD's for RICEFW objects and Code, Configurations of MDG WRICEF objects.
At least two SAP HANA Capability implementation or migration carrying out lead responsibilities.
Ability of Influence and collaborate all levels of the organization including business and IT.
Experience working with functional areas like SAP MM, SD, FI from the master data standpoint.
Experience in using address validation via HANA smart Data quality, and MDG Consolidation process.
Experience / Knowledge in Cutover activities / E2E integration testing.
Experience in Defining Replication model & BADI usage for SOA services and SOA manger Configurations.
Configure and Extend MDG workflows to automate data validation, approvals, and Change management processes, leveraging SAP Business workflow, or SAP workflow management.
Experience in Configuration, programming, debugging, and testing of the MDG application and understand how to troubleshoot data discrepancies.

Professional Experience:
- 10 Years of S/4 HANA/SAP MDG/Techno Functional experience
- Candidate in this role should have hands-on knowledge in SAP MDG and/ or MDG Specific configuration and development with respect to MDG-C / MDG-S / MDG-M / MDG consolidation. Exposure to other SAP application developments (CDS Views, ODATA) are added advantage.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum required)

Certifications:
- SAP MDG Certification (Desired)
