Must have Electrical/Electronic background to perform assigned tasks.
Requirement Review and Test Design
Review and analyze HW / SW Requirement and user stories
Design and update test scripts for end of line operations.
Validation and verification
Should have experience in Firmware Flashing, Reading Logs, Winlogs to analyze the various logs and point out to the issues
Performing testing & debugging on the repair bay of appliances
Have experience in operating the appliance and triage any issues which may occur during the validation process
Run HW/SW Tests as per the documented test procedures
Validate test steps/process and ensure the same is implemented on the line.
Have experience working in a factory environment and manufacturing line
Collaboration and Communication:
Discuss on Software / Hardware / Electronics / Mechanical queries or issues with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Work with the controls engineer, system integrators, HW/SW developers
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Conduct review meetings to gather input and feedback on the work completed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of test design and execution
Prepare clear and concise test reports
Process Improvement Recommendations: Provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
Skills
Knowledge on Electronics/ Electrical concepts and related field
Proven 3 years of experience in validating appliances in factory environments as per documented procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
