Job Summary:
The Warehouse Quality Assurance (QA) Associate is responsible for maintaining quality standards by inspecting incoming and outgoing goods, auditing warehouse processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in minimizing defects, reducing returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders.

Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure they meet customer requirements and company standards.

Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products.

Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.

Conduct routine audits of warehouse procedures and inventory accuracy.

Maintain clear and accurate quality records and documentation.

Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to uphold quality standards.

Assist with training warehouse employees on quality assurance protocols and best practices.

Monitor environmental conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) when required.

Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, warehousing, or logistics.

Knowledge of warehouse operations and quality control procedures.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
