We're seeking a bilingual Front Desk Administrative Assistant who can bring warmth, professionalism, and organizational excellence to our clients office. In this role, you'll be the first person guests and team members interact with—so your positive energy and attention to detail will set the tone for the entire workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with courtesy and professionalism

Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately

Translate verbal and written communication between Spanish and English

Sort and distribute mail and incoming packages

Help manage calendars, travel arrangements, and reports

Track and reconcile credit card statements

Keep reception, meeting rooms, and supply areas clean and well-stocked

Maintain inventory and coordinate office supply requests

Prepare and organize documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Support managers and team members with various administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

At least 1 year of tenure in your most recent job

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong multitasking and time management abilities

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

A team-oriented mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
