Location: Warren, OH
Compensation:
- Starting at $13.00/hour, with a $0.50 raise every 30 days
- Upon full hire-in, pay increases to $18.35/hour
- Additional $10 bonus for every full shift worked
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM (55 hours/week)
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 5:00 AM (48 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate fine blanking and forming presses and material feeding equipment to manufacture precision steel parts
- Accurately follow job packets and make adjustments to press settings as necessary
- Support with die changes and corrections to ensure continuous production and product quality
- Maintain production schedule and meet established manufacturing targets
- Verify and use correct raw materials per job specifications
- Conduct first-piece inspections, monitor production quality, and complete all job documentation
- Motivated individuals with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and adhere to all workplace safety procedures
