Job Title: Screen Print Operator

Shift:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
- $17.00 – $18.00 an hour, based on experience
- Set up and operate flatbed screen printing equipment for optimal print quality.
- Gather materials, inks, and tools according to job specifications.
- Adjust press settings including squeegee, flood bar, and curing unit for best results.
- Interpret and follow order instructions, engineering drawings, and job documentation.
- Conduct visual and statistical quality inspections; receive first piece approvals.
- Maintain and clean printing equipment and workspace regularly.
- Document production output, job time, and any maintenance or quality issues.
- Follow lean manufacturing practices and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and ensure all tools/materials are properly stored post-production.
- Participate in cross-training in other areas such as inspection, assembly, doming, digital imaging, machining, screen prep, and reclaiming.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and job orders.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities in a standardized production environment.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 5 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to work near mechanical equipment and be exposed to airborne particles or chemicals.
- Regular physical activity required, including standing, walking, reaching, crouching, and climbing.
- Experience with the following equipment is preferred:
- Flatbed screen printing equipment
- Curing units
- Screen stretching, exposure, and reclaiming devices
- Sheet cleaning equipment
