Position Summary:
The Interactive Media Video Developer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging multimedia and video content to support interactive training products. This includes scripting, producing, and editing micro-learning and training videos aligned with organizational and contractual objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, script, capture, edit, and produce interactive training videos and micro-learning content

Develop multimedia applications for self-paced and instructor-led training modules

Create and integrate still and motion graphics into video projects

Maintain strict adherence to established style guides and visual standards

Ensure all media meets quality, aesthetic, and instructional design standards

Provide on-site support for the JSF Training Program and customers at Eglin AFB

Research and apply emerging video and multimedia technologies

Perform additional duties as assigned to meet program requirements
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and narration

Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in a structured style guide environment
