Electrical Maintenance Technician – Day Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Join a facility where your electrical and mechanical expertise will make a direct impact. You'll work with a tight-knit team that values craftsmanship, safety, and keeping essential production equipment running at its best. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working in a hands-on industrial setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Take the lead on maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems that power heavy-duty manufacturing equipment.

  • Work on a wide range of machinery, including welding stations, motors, overhead cranes, and ventilation systems.

  • Service and support three-phase motors, control panels, and fabrication tools to keep production running smoothly.

  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance with minimal downtime.

  • Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble parts and components.

  • Collaborate with operations to plan maintenance activities without disrupting production.

  • Build and modify fixtures, jigs, and custom tooling for production support.

  • Contribute to equipment installations, relocations, and system upgrades.

  • Mentor junior team members and share hands-on knowledge in a collaborative environment.

  • Uphold safety standards, especially when working around high-voltage, heat, or pressure systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of three-phase power, motor control systems, and electrical schematics.

  • Experience working with welding machines, high-heat environments, and fabrication-related systems.

  • Familiarity with supporting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and ventilation systems.

  • Comfortable working around heavy-duty equipment, elevated temps, and loud environments (PPE provided).

  • Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and follow both written and verbal directions.

  • A safety-first mindset and a strong sense of ownership over your work.

What’s in It for You?

  • Consistent schedule – Day shift hours with opportunities for overtime.

  • Team-focused environment – You're not just fixing things; you're helping build something important.

  • Stability – Join a company that’s been investing in its people and equipment for the long term.

  • Variety – Every day brings something different—from electrical repairs to equipment improvements.

  • Growth – Your knowledge is valued, and your input matters.
