What You'll Do:
· Run production machines with precision and purpose
· Trim, inspect, and pack parts to spec — your stamp of quality
· Keep accurate records of what you produce
· Communicate with your team to keep shifts running smoothly
· Keep your area clean, organized, and safe
What It Takes:
· Stand and move for 8-hour shifts
· Use hand tools like cutters and knives
· Lift up to 35 lbs regularly
· A sharp eye for detail — quality matters
· Solid communication and a team-player attitude
