Administrative Training Coordinator
Location: Onsite at Delta College, Saginaw, MI (1961 Delta Rd, University Center, MI 48710)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Future Location: Will relocate to the new Hemlock plant once completed (ETA: Summer)

About the Role
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Training Coordinator to manage the logistics of training and team-building programs. This role involves scheduling, coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate thrives in an unstructured environment, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule & Coordinate: Manage room reservations at Delta College, ensuring no scheduling conflicts.
- Training Support: Assist in creating training agendas for hiring ramps and organize necessary materials.
- Document Management: Print, scan, and maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval.
- Guest Speaker Logistics: Coordinate speaker accommodations, including room setup and requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Administrative Assistant and other team members to streamline activity scheduling.
- Team Building: Assist in planning and executing team-building exercises.
- Course Calendar Management: Collaborate with Delta College to maintain an accurate annual training schedule.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required
Experience: 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience preferred. However, soft skills and adaptability are more important than specific experience.
