Polisher
Hours: 1st shift working 6am-230pm, Monday thru Friday, with flexbility offered
Location: Willoughby, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
We are currently seeking a Polisher for a 1st shift position in the Willoughby area.
Position Overview:
This role involves benching and polishing a range of mold cavities—from simple to complex—made of hardened steel. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and the ability to perform fine, precise work for extended periods.
Requirements:

Ability to remain seated for 6–8 hours per shift

Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity

Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Previous experience with mold polishing or fine hand-finishing work is a plus
