Processing Technician Responsibilities:
Follows all work instructions and SOPs, as well as Company policies, procedures, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety rules
Accurately verifies and weighs all raw materials and closely monitors product blending and transfer
Monitors and tests product/batch quality and ensures specifications adhere to internal policies and standards, as well as customer and regulatory standards
Maintains positive workflow by monitoring process steps
Ensures production processes run smoothly and efficiently with an emphasis on food safety and GMP
Effectively communicates with Production Supervisors, Line Operators and Quality Technicians to ensure fluid interdepartmental transfer
Monitors equipment and reporting faults, concerns, and breakdowns to supervisor and production engineers
Performs visual inspections, records document data, and reports material defects promptly
Maintains a clean and safe production area
Identifies areas of production that can be improved or increased

Processing Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Three or more years experience with beverage production/processing preferred
Excellent analytical and observational skills
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
Excellent decision-making and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working in a noisy environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Computer skills preferred
Knowledge of OSHA regulations
Pay: $22 per hour
Hours: 2nd (2pm to 10:30pm) and 3rd shift (10pm to 6:30am)
