NESCO RESOURCE is hiring for a Lead Maintenance Technician in Summerville, SC.
JOB ROLE/SUMMARY:
Seeking a skilled technician who can perform necessary repairs to commercial buildings. Duties include but are not limited to: drywall, painting, caulking, tile and flooring, masonry, operating heavy machinery (lifts) and carpentry.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A GOOD DRIVING RECORD
- MUST HAVE GED; HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
- BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS (able to operate tablets/phone)
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF POWER TOOLS/SAFETY WHEN HANDLING THEM
- BASIC MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
- CAN FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTION
BENEFITS:
