Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Baler Operator for our 2nd shift operations in Twinsburg. This role involves operating baling equipment to process recyclable materials and using a forklift to transport materials and finished bales throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:

Operate baler machine to compact cardboard, plastics, and other recyclables

Safely operate a forklift to move materials to and from production areas

Perform routine checks and maintenance on baler equipment

Maintain accurate records of materials processed

Follow all plant safety procedures and report equipment issues

Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred

1 year experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred)

Previous experience as a baler operator or in a similar industrial environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting

Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
